Lemon and Sage Seared Chicken Breasts sided with Sautéed Spinach and Garlic:  

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts rubbed with fresh chopped sage and lemon zest pan seared until golden then slow-simmered in a lemon, fresh garlic, and chicken broth until tender sided with sautéed spinach and fresh garlic. 

Homemade Vegetable Cutlets sided with Roasted Asparagus: 

Homemade vegetable cutlets consisting of mashed sweet potatoes, red peppers, shredded carrots, fresh spinach, onions, egg whites, and matzo meal sided with a roasted asparagus. 

Stuffed Peppers with Ground Chicken and Vegetables:  

Red and Yellow peppers filled with sautéed ground chicken, onions, mushrooms, butternut squash, mixed peppers, spinach, tomatoes, and wild brown basmati rice baked until tender-crisp.

Boneless Pork with Mustard-Herb Coating sided with Sweet Potato, Apple and Cranberry Bake:  

Boneless pork loin rubbed with a Dijon, fresh garlic, fresh rosemary and a balsamic olive oil blend roasted until perfection and sided with a sweet potato, apple and fresh cranberry bake.

Hearty Minestrone with Wild Brown Basmati Rice:  

A hearty stew consisting of fresh garlic, onions, carrots, celery, zucchini, butternut squash, green-beans, cabbage, spinach, tomatoes, and a brown wild rice blend, with oregano, basil, thyme and homemade chicken stock, less the fat.
